Our mission is to provide professional development opportunities through academic events and to foster social and cultural awareness among English teachers in Panama.

Our vision is to be a leading organization in promoting the professional and academic development of English teachers throughout the country.

Our objectives are to encourage teachers' professional development, maintain ties with TESOL International, share information on teaching English as a foreign and second language (EFL/ESL/EAL), and provide spaces for discussion among colleagues.
